<p><strong><em>Ingredients:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>One bottle of good quality red wine vinegar</li>
<li>The same quantity (volume) of fresh raspberries</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>Method:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix the raspberries and the vinegar together in a glass bowl or big jar</li>
<li>Let marinate for about 3 weeks</li>
<li>Filter the vinegar with a cheese cloth and place in nice bottle</li>
</ul>
