I would not have been able to write this book without some help and cheers from my friends and family. I would like to particularly thank Lise, Christene, Jennifer, Mireille, John and Jackie, Great Apo (Cheryl’s grandmother), André, my sisters Louise and Hélène. Thanks also to my step mom, Adèle, who I do not know how, but knows when I am calling to have an explanation for a recipe… a real mother.
I also want to thank my girls, Natasha and Geneviève as well as my lovely wife Cheryl, always there to taste and criticize my food.
